Bude Coastal Resort

Following the successful development of our Residences at Dylan Coastal Resort, we’re delighted to announce the development of 27 new Residences for purchase at our North Cornwall site, Bude Coastal Resort.

Bude Coastal Resort offers an ideal setting to explore all of the charms of the local area, as well as other nearby Cornish coastal towns. Bude is a quaint yet bustling coastal destination, filled with cosy cafes, shops and markets, as well as historic hot spots and endless local attractions for all ages. The resort’s location couldn’t be more idyllic, just moments away from the naturally breathtaking Cornish coastline and its many sweeping beaches and coastal paths.

The newly built, beautifully designed properties sit within a private gated area, featuring unrivaled amenities throughout and complete with outdoor hot tubs, pergolas, and state-of-the-art appliances - ideal for the warmer months! Two of the new lodges will feature chic roof terraces - perfect for soaking up the Cornish sunshine.

Choose from three types of Residences: Sennen, Mullion, and Kynance, comprising between two and four bedrooms. What's more, each of our Residences have been designed to provide the ultimate practical holiday solution, coming fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need to make your holiday an utterly relaxing escape, from appliances to soft furnishings, kitchenware and more. Interior design will compliment Bude Coastal Resort’s beachside location, with neutral tones and beachy colour schemes, and boast large, sparkling glass windows, to offer light and airy spaces in the summer months and cosy and comforting retreats in the winter.

Owners of the new Residences can also enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, such as on-site Coffee Shop, relax and unwind with the indoor swimming pool, sauna and treatment rooms at the Spa, and benefit from reduced rates and access to the local golf course and club.
